Do you have priorities on feed and top-up amount set in Livestock Barn?
Save would also help with investigation

How do I get to my 'Saved' folder?
- Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above link

- Open 'File Explorer' and paste the above link into the address bar
Zipping the folder

OR - Use Discord's 'Upload a File' to upload the zip file
I also have this issue; joined this Discord to find this post. Does it really seem to be Co-Op only? I do play co-op
Save file with the apparent bug where villagers refuse to deliver any food to animal pens.
We're having a very similar issue with cows, pigs, and chickens. The main animal handler delivers food to one of the pens but it is usually 3-9 rough animal feed. We find the mixing bucket with 30-50 advanced and maybe another 6-12 rough feed. We built a barn next to the livestock to hold feed. Sometimes the feed would be in it but often it wouldn't be there. We'd move all of the feed to the barn - still receive notifications that some livestock are starving, we find the majority of the feed still in the barn. We have to intervene to keep them alive.
We have also noticed pigs are flying through advanced feed. Drop in 9 rough and 24 advanced. Run back to mixing bucket to make another 24-30 advanced, return to pigs to find they have 9 rough and ~6 advanced remaining. Chickens seem to eat the advanced quickly but not as fast as pigs.
