I dismissed my companions from Crasmere, and they made a bee line back to my settlement near Blackridgepool right through the lake/river and now are stuck in the middle and wont go further. I've tried changing them to workers and back again, basically all the ways i can interact with them. I really don't want to expel because its 6 of the highest tier guys i have.

It looks like they are moving REALLY SLOWLY so they may eventually make it though, but any NPC seems to know its a path they can take, instead of going around, so any NPC coming from Crasmere will take the slow way through the lake
