Maybe more of an oversight than a bug, but the logic of what goes into a food bag for villagers needs to be tweaked. Food items they gather/pick up as part of a task should not be valid to go into the bag when the bag has an empty slot. Only foods they pick up when they are getting food to alleviate hunger or when commanded to "gear up" from staging should go into the bag.
Example of the current logic: forager starts day with empty food bag. they go to their task of gathering mushrooms. first three mushrooms will go into the food bag. Once there they are no longer a deliverable item so that villager now has 3 mushrooms until they spoil or get eaten.
The rest of the mushrooms will go into the forager building.
The deliverer comes to take tot storage but lets say they also had an empty bag. First 3 mushrooms go into their food bag. Rest go to storage. Now guess what happens if the cook has an empty bag and goes to get mushrooms for a recipe.

We dont mind that it goes into the bag, we mind that they never take things out of the food bag, and put it into storage, when told not to carry food on them.. ;c
