Hi i cant remmeber the mission name but this is the same situation as the old bug for Empty scabbard. Basically at the end of the quest i think it was bring 5 straps or something. The NPc named Arnold Dixon will ask if you want to recruit him, i didnt have enough renown so i couldnt, i came back later when i had enough and he no longer had a dialogue to recruit him

Looks like we've found an issue. You most likely pressed ESC, when quest was already completed in the journal, but talk was still progressing

Will fix that
