Hello,
So I start to be tired to keep my game running so my friends can continue to play, even though I'm not.
I have seen this in other earlly access games before and it has always ended in getting servers so we can all play when we want.
Do anybody know anything about this topic?

Thanks.

Hey it's something frequently talked about. Servers may eventually pop up, however until that day arrives. Feel free to take your save game file and trade it to your friends.

If you need help locating your save file. Please refer to the post below

If you experience a crash, please create a thread in #1147608045367590984 and post your entire 'Saved' folder zipped:

Where do I find my 'Saved' folder?

Your 'Saved' folder is located here:
%localappdata%\bellwright\

How do I get to my 'Saved' folder?

  1. Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above link
  2. Press 'WIN + R' on your keyboard and paste the above link
  3. Open 'File Explorer' and paste the above link into the address bar

Zipping the folder

  1. Right click on the folder named 'Saved'
  2. Select 'Send To' -> 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
This will generate a zip file you can then upload

Uploading the zip file

  1. Drag and drop your zip file into Discord
    OR
  2. Use Discord's 'Upload a File' to upload the zip file

# slow quest Okay, so for every safe the opposite person does the other one need to unzip the...

For the person joining, they do not need the save. It's only the person that is hosting that needs the up to date save. I'll give an example, say you were the original host, you send your save to the person wanting to host. You then join your friend, you do not need the save. After your friend hosts for a while, you want to host again, your friend would then send the most current save to you to host and then join on you. You both need to keep your saves labeled when hosting by cycle so you know who has the most current. I label mine by day or night and the number your on. So like Day 25 or Night 25, whichever cycle you're on. I also do another save right before a raid when it alerts you to raid incoming, in case you lose to many people and want to restart it. So I label the day or night, Day 25 pre-raid. Hope that helps.
