These are all from someone with 190 hours in the last three weeks, so it's safe to say I'm already hooked on a solid game.

Some suggestions on reddit from a few days ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bellwright/comments/1fpdcpl/so_far_im_hooked_devs_heres_some_suggestions/

Workers with a smithing hammer will hold onto it in their tool slot indefinitely because there's no preset option anywhere.

Morale needs a mini-tutorial as well. Productivity going up/down based on it needs to be brought to the player's attention early

We need a better way to move our main settlement over to a new place. Once both have been built-up, swapping buildings 1 by 1 (as well as dealing with "House #1 being the same in multiple areas) is a total pain.

The storms in this game are awesome. Can it affect combat in some way?

A mini-tutorial about winter is important. Most of us didn't find out our people are far less productive during winter as well. There's an amazing amount of potential here to make winter a really tough thing to overcome, especially in the middle of a rebellion!

Combat needs a little more to it. Faster (can be a toggle option if some people prefer slow) armor piercing needs to be a thing with certain weapons (especially piercing weapons, otherwise why bother?)

Some other stuff: I like the variety in materials needed for different weapons, giving you more options instead of a total metal bottleneck, for example. Great foresight!

Woodcutter axe by default, as well as several other weapons, are pretty much obsolete on arrival. Maybe adding to the armor-piercing option for 2h weapons in general since you're giving up substantial protection from a shield?
