I think it would be a great addition, if in the population menu there was maybe a dropdown for training with the same 0-10 scale the citizen would auto read books in storage until they reached the designated skill level.

Or use a new building like a library for this purpose. Making it also able to store 10.000+ books or maybe even produce them
