Hey, brigands become hostile if you fought them before. You might need to wait a little bit for their hostility to go down 🙂

It doesnt necessarily have to be brigands from that village. If you fight brigands in another village you will increase brigand hostility level that goes down with time. Try waiting it out a bit, if it they keep aggroing, could you provide us with your save file so that we can investigate?
