#Hard drive usage spikes

So, after the patch I have noticed a lot of laggs. Game basically drops to 1FPS every now and then for a couple of minutes. Before the patch I had only initial lag when I lunched the game and all the textures and foliage was loading and then stable 50-60FPS.

Now, every couple of minutes I get huge lag that drops FPS to 1 and stays there for something around 30 seconds or a minute.

I have checked the usage of CPU, GPU and HDD and turns out, my SSD drive on which the game is located gets all of sudden spike to 100% of usage and stays that way for aforementioned period of time. It's exactly then when I have the lags. After that time it gets back to normal 2%-6% and I have stable 50 or 60FPS only to rise up to 100% after like 10 minutes. It goes on like this for about 30 minutes or more and then the game works normally.

Anyone else has this issue? My SSD Drive is Patriot P210. CPU, GPU and Memory is normal, no spikes and they don't even work at full capacity.
