I killed some brigades and he gave me equipment as loot, but why does it look like this in red ?

do you have mods?? Currently the NPCs do not drop equipment but a mod does do that

Yes I have mods , I'm taking them out now that it's not fair-play if not give game this.

The reason this is happening is because those armors should not be obtainable by the player. They dont have icons because player should never be able to see them 🙂

the problem is more, that is really strange that in such kind of games, u can not loot fully a body. It destroys the immersion and is not "realistic". IMO lets loot the bodies but the equipment is most of the time damaged and less better but nothing from it, is strange, if u understand me? The loot of brigands and t2 -t3-t4 bandids are way to bad. For an example: I need really books for skill 5 and 7 but the bandits dont drop it and the brigands also not.

Yes is know. But if i am honest, there is a lot of balancing to do. I play in t3, day 213 and 150+ hours so i know what i am talking about.^^
The brigands are at the start of the game is a big problem because u have to fight with t1 equipment a t3 unit and if u freed 5 or 6 towns they are spawning more and better brigands. I cant train my troops because its in development i think? Other is, i need books for skillset 5 and i dont get something. I need to fight 2 vs 1 to win fights. Thats the problem. Not the equipment at t3 but the skillset for my guys is the diffrend between my villagers and the brigands. I have to wait for the trainingdummys or some kind of building. Anyways... i understand ur problem, sure. Sorry for my long text.
