Sometimes they take really strange food like 1 piece of honey and leave and come back in like 10mins and grab 1 more. Should take real food and fill up all 3 slots when stopping by the food hut untill they are empty again. Or every morning refill 3 spots.
Yes absolutely. It would have to be possible to set which food the troops should eat. Unfortunately, the food spoils really quickly and there are hardly any soldiers. I also noticed that the soldiers who are hungry are difficult to control. You should also be able to set which weapons or shields the soldiers should take. But everything is still early access. The game is going to be really good, I already like it and won't play anything else.
And my people aren't building the village hall. I do not know why.😂
I have had that happen with several buildings, make sure they are set to high priority building and have hammers, then go with a hammer yourself and hit it a few times.. eventually someone will come over. Its a weird glitch.
Hey! Yeah quite annoying, as a work around I have a staging area for the troops.
A dedicated food storage only refined meals are stored (stews, jams, breads, smoked meat) and barn with only armour/shields and weapons.
When a raid is announced, I create the army then immediately send them to interact with the food storage. Once feed, I send them into formation to review if any weapons or shields were removed.
I found the problem. I had to assign a new outpost and settlers. I simply removed the settlers from the first village who complained that too many from their old settlement lived in one village. Which, by the way, I also find quite annoying. When there are three or four people from the same village, they start complaining.
