Hehe they must be plotting with each other to convince the boss it takes 3 villagers to farm.

You can interact with them to be your companions to move them on.

How do I get to my save folder?

  1. Open 'Run' through the Windows Start Menu and paste the above link
  2. Press 'WIN + R' on your keyboard and paste the above link
  3. Open 'File Explorer' and paste the above link into the address bar

Zipping the folder

  1. Right click on the folder named 'Saved'
  2. Select 'Send To' -> 'Compressed (zipped) folder'
    This will generate a zip file you can then upload

Uploading the zip file

  1. Drag and drop your zip file into Discord
    OR
  2. Use Discord's 'Upload a File' to upload the zip file

I have had this happen to me a few times as well. It seems to be caused by NPCs doing the same job at the same time, occasionally this will happen where more than one NPC goes to do a job for a specific building when someone else is already assigned to it.

They just kind of merge with each other and then block each other from not only moving but also working on the task.

You can get around this by interacting with each NPC and setting them to be your companion so they follow you away from that area then releasing them back to work. Sometimes they will walk directly back to this location, if that's the case then lead them away again and then give them a different job to do.

I tried to reproduce this bug but I did not manage. Sending a save with the issue occurring would be much appreciated, since it's hard for us to fix without debugging first.

Haven't been able to play since '#Patch12' my lumberjack settlement is useless so I´m waiting on this fix.
Every time an NPC goes to deliver the axe to the lumberjack they get stuck holding the axe. Happens everyday. I have to manually remove the axe from them.
Same thing for my hunter on main villa, she gets stuck delivering the bow back.
I opened a ticket but it was close due to duplicate, so i thought you/they were already working on it.
No Mods on game.

if i move it to companion or guard and leave the axe, return to worker, the guy just goes back to stuck

@ornate obsidian It looks like your NPCs freeze because there is no rugged axe in your lamberjack, and you ordered them to chop hardwood logs, which can be chopped only with better tier axe (rugged axe). I'll report that there is no info about that in lumberjack.

Worked like a charm, they are back to normal
but its crashing my PC every alt/tab -_-, BSOD.. im gonna investigate more after work
thats another entire issue

I tried to reproduce the hunter yesterday as well, but she seems to be working fine whenever I go. Is there a specific spot where that happens?
