bandit camp patrol cause crash.

i'm keep havin crash when certain bandit camp trys to call patrol. i need way to reset the spawned bandit or camp's patrol.

savewise, the vorecope save's newest one is the issue

there was quite some reports that have same kinda error line pops up when crash as i follow the threads, i think that the game's logic about npc movement and kinda need fix
