i cant start the game

i get everytime the following message:

DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

you don't seem to meet minimum requirements for the game

Note that the minspec outlined in Steam Store page is STILL inaccurate, so pointing the user there is kinda unhelpful depending on their system.
