i just used the preset ultra settings and this is what i got
also on medium i am getting 110 fps !

ah it was tsr changed it to dlss and the fps is 95, so the ultra preset will put it on tsr

nice, yes that should hopefully work better, if you set it to performance as well I think you might get a few more FPS if necessary.
