When will this be fixed? It's been broken for a long time and it seems like my progress in padstow might be stopped because of it. I would think a bug liek this would be priority and devs must be aware of it.

I happened past this spot and niotced two bandits that moused over as "missing villagers quest" I killed them again but the quest still did not advance. PLEASE FIX IT! I cannot proceed in Padstow and has me stuck for progression since I won't be able to hire the apprentices i need from there.
