Are you sure that it deleted them, though? When you sleep. they keep going and doing what they're doing, until they then also go to sleep
So they might have delivered the item to where it was supposed to go.

I slept before they went to bed and I know they had items transporting for the white regal 32 armor and when I woke back up it was never made and the items needed are gone
