Sreenshot is attached for location, the reclamation party just stopped appearing on mini map, but shows up on main map (m). When you go to the location there is no one there.

Correction, they still appear on mini map, and they are constantly moving. Its like they're underground.
They walked the entire away underground to Haerndean and then disappeared from the map completely.
