For the past two updates I'm unable to update my game getting Missing File Privileges. I will do a repair and still will not allow me to update the game. The only fix is for me to uninstall and reinstall. Any suggestions?

You can try to reboot your PC, or ensure the game or any of its processes are not running at background, then ensure your antivirus or other similar software is not blocking game files already. If it is, remove them from quarantine and add "..\Steamapps\Common\Bellwright" directory to whitelist from the AV scan.
Also, do ensure you have enough space for the patch (the actual amount of files to be reinstalled is usually ~18GB for this game in particular).
