In padstow there is a wolf stuck in a house so the gaurds are running it to a wall trying to get it and either that/or another bug is keeping elder ansgar selby from coing out if hise house so i cant complete the quest

this too happened to me and i am currently quest locked for padstow because they wont come out of a building
