I have all the Linux compatibility libraries and configs set as mentioned on the GitHub.

My only idea is the kernel now ships with rockband 4 controllers so this one also shows up as one?

Would anyone have ideas on how to fix

Update on this, I did have it working but for it to work I had to uninstall xone-dkms. But I do need Xone for xbox controllers

I’m going through some troubleshooting to prevent xone to claim but have had mixed results. I’ll update this to help anyone out in a similar yet very niche situation

I did at one point have the Xbox Riffmaster working except for whammy (I think, it was a year ago) on Ubuntu 24.04, but I don't remember any details so all I can provide is encouragement, sorry 🙁

Sadly after bashing my head against the wall for a few hours I’m calling it and just gonna stick with rockband 3 deluxe for now as that works without an issue 😭

For any future adventurers, seems all you need to do is make it so your system will NOT use xone and use xpad instead to handle your riffmaster inputs.

I sadly for the life of me cannot figure out how to get this done
