[Nightly] Scan songs skipped some files

Compared to stable, latest nightly updates makes some scanned songs missing from my folders, don't know what happened but my files still intact

tl;dr on the songs tab in settings, under music library, change "maximum song rating" to "any"

next nightly will correctly set the default to show all your songs, it was accidentally set to "Mature," which hides anything rated SC or without a rating
