When YARG tries to load a video/image background, it fails and shows a black venue instead.
Tests:
B3336 (Windows dx11 (through proton)): works fine
B3336 (Windows/Linux vulkan): doesn't work
B3336 (Linux opengl): doesn't work
Stable 0.13.1 (Linux vulkan): works fine (except mp4)

Unfortunately, the proposed fix breaks directx and I have not yet had a chance to look into the issue enough to come up with something that works on all platforms
