Basically have crowd sfx be its own volume setting, like old YARG

I think what we want is to move YARG crowd sfx into the Crowd slider instead of the SFX slider.

Unless folks really want the ability to mix YARG crowd and song crowd stem separately

given that they may be radically different volumes (crowd sfx is mostly fine relative to itself, but could be very far off from a crowd stem), crowd stem and crowd sfx should not be controlled by the same setting
