YARC doesn't seem to open, even after reinstall. Error message: "failed to create whole tree".

YARC keeps showing this error when I open the launcher. The game itself, YARG (nightly) runs completely fine, but it seems the launcher is acting up.
I've ran it as administrator and I deleted the installs of the game and what I could find in Appdata, but it doesn't change anything.

Try deleting the settings file at %appdata%/in.yarg.launcher/settings.json
