Tried with three different USB microphones + the built-in mic. All have been verified to be working in other applications. The devices show up in the profile menu and can be selected. Also tried opening the launcher with sudo open -a /Applications/YARC\ Launcher.app and launching the game. No luck.

You mention that they work in other apps so this probably isn’t it, but if you have SIP disabled, you won’t get permissions prompts for microphones
I had to open the app directly outside of the launcher to trigger the prompt (there’s a handy “open in Finder” button in the app’s settings in the launcher)
