Hello, was wondering if I could get some help with calibrating my whammy bar on my pico guitar.

Im not sure if this is intended behavior, but I noticed that the long notes only respond to the whammy if I push it all the way down. The notes do not respond to a fast whammy as far as I can tell.

The whammy works on every other rhythm game (GH, RB, FF, etc.) and it looks as though it’s calibrated correctly in the YARG settings, but I’m not really sure what I should be seeing.

Can somebody give some pointers?

the whammy animation doesn't tightly correspond to the current whammy position, if you whammy quickly you won't notice too much of a difference

all the whammy position is used for currently is controlling the speed and width of the waves on the sustain

#

SP gain from whammying has no relation to position and just looks for any change within a certain threshold of time, so the animation also has no correlation to how it's actually registering things

#

we certainly do need to improve the whammy animation lol, but for now nothing sounds particularly wrong here
