I got the FatsCo light show, but it doesn't seem to want to connect. It shows up as unknown device in Device Manager. Is there a driver or something needed for it?

Good timing, just woke up. By any chance do you have it plugged into a hub? Try plugging directly into the computer and see if that detects it better.

still no. tried direct to motherboard (first had it with hub, then connected to front panel on pc, now direct to motherboard usb slot)

There isn't a driver or any other config to do, I test them all before shipping. Hum, Okay, try just the black USB connector, don't plug in the red one, direct in the back.

i tried that, same thing. brb lemme restart. i thought i had something working a while back but then i replugged things in and it started showing unknown device.

i right clicked each Unknown Device and said Uninstall Device. then i unplugged it and plugged it back in.

really wish it had come in time for my last YARG night. it was supposed to but it took the stupidest route. it went from NJ to Utah to Seattle (where I live) to Dallas to Denver and back to Seattle. thanks a lot USPS lol.
