best way to calibrate the game

Hi I started playing yarg recently with my new midi kit and I was wondering what is the best way to calibrate audio and video so I can get better at the game

currently there is no "best" way to calibrate video, you just have to do it by hand

for audio, you can use the calibrator available in the settings menu
