Is this just a visual bug for the kicks? Or does this affect functionality too

The way star power works is for you to get the phrase on the final note, it needs both the StarPower and StarPowerEnd flags

So if the phrase ends on a kick note and you don't get the phrase, then its a functional bug

If you do then this is just a visual bug I believe

(missing a phrase strips the StarPower flag from all the notes in it, which also drives the visual element of star power)
