Some unencrypted CON files are showing "Unknown Charter" but when the file is converted to PS/CH format, the charter is correct. This mostly happens with official files.

I think this was mentioned somewhere before, but it's because the charter property is actually just a comment in CON files

Well, for official charts, it’s not in there at all.
As I mentioned a few times, we’d need to interact with SongSources, but since (at for now) it interacts with unity directly, we can’t do that in Core.
