when sorting by playlist, more than just my folders show up, some downloaded song packs (CSC monthly pack full albums, every tier for Fuze Box, even though all songs for Fuze Box are in one folder without the original tier subdirectories) are forcing a playlist to be made, when instead i would prefer all songs from a song pack to be in one single playlist to avoid having hundreds of playlists.

fixed the CSC full album issue, those were folders that i didnt notice. the Fuse Box pack is just all the song folders in a big folder titled "Fuse Box" but the playlists show 30 tiers for fuze box. interestingly, all there are light blue text rather than white

Because the songs specifically define their playlists that way. That's how they are designed

oof, is my only option deleting that per song? thank you for the help!
or alternatively, is there a way to display only my playlist folders? I would sort by source rather than playlist, but the acronyms instead of full names is too confusing for me

No there isn't. The only real option is to just add playlist: Fuse in the search
