YARC Launcher not launching. | YARG | Page 1

This game or client does not boot for me. It only appears in task manager for a split second before closing itself. Troubleshooting methods I have tried to my knowledge are: uninstalling with provided uninstaller and clearing registry before reboot & reinstall, tried to cd into 'YARC Launcher.exe' with cmd prompt, and running windows in safe mode.

I am currently on the latest version of Windows 11 Pro 64-bit 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2428), system is up-to-date and last updated 10/11/23. Installed using the provided github link "YARC.Launcher_0.2.4_x64_en-US.msi". Windows Defender is also disabled.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GeForce GTX 1660 S 6GB (Driver Vers. 537.58)
(2x 8GB) 16GB 3200 DDR4 RAM

Side Note: I have not attempted to use or install the portable download as It seemed strongly not recommended.

Portable is fine to use in situations like this

This launcher bug however, is known and it's not our fault; I believe it's gotta do with Tauri

#

And it also seems really rare

The split second white square in the taskbar is exactly what happed to the others.

At this point I'd honestly try a launcher.exe that is just a blank box "hello world" just to see.

Portable works fine OOB
Not sure If the launcher.exe was directed towards me. So I made a simple batch file and hello world does post In cmd. 🤷‍♂️
