#Song scanning still fails for certain songs that work with v0.11

Several songs, in both CON and song.ini format, are not scanning into the latest version of the rewrite, downloaded from the launcher (as well as my own self made build, including the few changes to both repos since the a2 release). Please find attached Player.log and badsongs.txt from the launcher build. CON songs were acquired from the usual place, and work fine with v0.11. The song.ini songs listed, with the exception of the two GH songs and one song in a "Miscellaneous" folder, are from custom packs acquired from CSC. and also work fine in v0.11. There are two songs listed as no mogg found or encrypted, that v0.11 also lists as encrypted, so those two are on me.

Ok, that explains the songini issues, wonder what's up with the CONs, they wouldn't be utf-16. Won't be able to test anything until tomorrow, and I'll pull the latest of both to test.

Just tested lego RB's con and had no issues

It's weird because I would sometimes have some RB1 or RB2, maybe a couple of GDRB songs not scanning, but deleting the cache and rescanning would make songs in different CONs fail. I'll do some more thorough testing with the latest commits here in about an hour or two

I have noticed some cons don't load (I had trouble getting RB1 DLC cons to scan) then after messing around with what folders I was adding, removing and then adding back it eventually scanned in

yea and the majority of songs I've having a more consistent issue with happens to be RB1 DLC
