If you play a song, restart it through the pause menu, change your camera preset after restarting, and then hit an OD activation, the camera bugs out and seems to do a strange amalgamation between your previous preset and the current one. In the video example I had Band 3 selected when I restarted, and then changed it to Hero 2 after ther restart. I had this happen on stream switching from Hero 2 to Band 3 mid-song after a restart as well, although it looked different (the highway moved up instead of down).

Tested this on both stable and nightly and it occurs on both.

I did this on drums, I neglected to test it on guitar and have to leave for work now so I am unsure

Yes this is known and probably won't be fixed until the new engine

Restarting the song, or backing out and going back in should fix it

Gotcha, tried searching for it and didn't find it. Is there somewhere where known bugs are logged for future reference?
