This happens everytime I boot up YARG for the second time after running it just fine after freshly extracting the files. I have to delete the folder, and re-extract for the game to work just fine.

looks like there might be a mix of old and new version files, you should delete the MonoBleedingEdge and YARG_Data folders when updating instead of just extracting the new files

yeah ^ basically just delete the game files and reinstall
