#Gold Star Meter Blinks at the Incorrect Rate

The Gold Star meter in RB4 blinks on beats 1 and 3 specifically in most 4/4 songs of moderate tempo.

I believe that this is intention to stop fast blinks on fast songs, but I'm not positive. Thanks for letting me know
