The two videos and three screenshots probably tell it better than I can.
Basically the newly added photo mode doesn't freeze the game action to a halt completely, but merely makes the game action run in very very slow motion.
So if I were to do an awesome drift or jump that I wanted to capture later,
get into photo mode instantly and then went into the kitchen for 5 minutes to make myself a nice cup of Japanese green tea 🍵 😎
and then return to the computer....the moment would be basically over already because the car would've already travelled 1 or 2 meters further from when I went into photo mode.
All vehicles in the game do this, even the traffic vehicles as you can see in the pictures depicting the male driver.
The camera was still but you can see the car and him get towards the left.
The last image in blue/purple with the Nissan Silvia also shows in which manner the cars keep on travelling in photo mode.
Not straight forward but from the last position you were in towards the g-force the cars were in while the game was running normally.
The Nissan Silvia was lowered all the way to the ground in tuning mode. I initiated a drift and thought I capture it using photo mode.
Now after a while the Silvia started floating and drifting on air in photo mode because the springs of the car probably pushed it upwards while photo mode keeps the velocity in slow motion directing the car towards the sky😅
I hope my explanation was good enough. Thanks for always listening to us 👍
