Fps limit in settings doesn't limit your fps, also when I started playing I couldn't change the resolution, it was stuck at 720p.

Whenever you lvl up a car, it unlocks a new part at the store and gives you the option to set the navigation to there, it can be set by just taping space, and it's annoying in middle of free driving or going to a mission, just to realize you got to the shop.

Allow us to change the weather and time to automatic (how it is now) or custom, so we can change it.

if you turn the UI off, m for map, and than q for phone to try to turn the UI back on to see the map, the map shows up and covers the phone

In the AMD graphics settings yes

Amd rx7700xt gpu, amd 5600 CPU, LG OLED 1440p/240hz, I run at about 60 fps, with framegen at 120+ so it would be good to limit it to 120fps

From AMD console/software, outside the game

so the game does not know you're setting the framegen

try setting frame limiter on 60 in game
