i tried to play through the game using my xbox controller, and the starting car (silvia) has zero power to the rear wheels while i am using my xbox controller, i unplugged it and played with mouse and keyboard and had zero issues so i know its not a settings problem but it is impossible to initiate a drift or hold a drift when there is no power to the rear wheels in first gear while playing on an xbox controller.

For what it's worth it's definitely more specific than "wired xbox controller" since my setup is identical and it works; do you have steam input enabled in any way globally or for the game?
