It's frustrating to be placed in matches where the team you're assigned to is already on the brink of losing because several players have left. For example, being added to a game where your team is losing 0 to 90 feels unfair.

I find this system demotivating. It’s not fair to be penalized for a loss when I’ve barely had a chance to contribute. Since the matches are short, it would make more sense to either end the game as a surrender when players leave or let bots fill in and finish the game.

Matchmaker shouldnt put you into live games, period. Once a match has started, it should be the same people start to end (and if disco, allows reconnect). Soloqueue is 20 min queue times followed by being dropped into a game with 30 seconds remaining and a score of 90-0. Its insane.
