I looked and didn't understand anything. Like a token limit or something?

tldr: oauth seems to not work anymore

potoken does in some cases, in some not

#

if your ips are flagged you are screwed anyway

That's definitely the issue, changed the IP, changed the token, still an error. Tracks via the link load fine.
