What docker version tag I should use to receive all the future v4 updates?
I used to do this: ghcr.io/lavalink-devs/lavalink:3 but nothing like it exist for v4, or does it?

There will be a 4 tag once there is a stable V4 release

#

Until then you could use master
But be aware that each master push will create a new image

#

So this might be a bit risky
