I make long conversation so I keep the context for days without having to explain again.
But after a while, if I refer to events too much in the past out of the context window, then the model become unreliable. Worse, you don't realize it right away.
To reduce the problem, continuing the discussion from a cell that can be not only the last could help. You can skip the latest cell if they are useless.
