#Basic questions causing gemini cli to go on a multi-hour wild goose chase

See the screenshot, the following was my prompt:

I am evaluating you (gemini cli) against claude code, my every day driver and quite frankly the best cli agent product
      out there.

      Couple things thoug to make this a fair fight:
      1. I want to change the ctrl + enter for new lines to shift + enter, is this possible?
      2. I noticed earlier in some preliminary testing that the agents you use timeout after 10 "turns"?  What is that
      nonsense and can we make it so that the agents run till their done?

      Also, what model are you using? We should use your sonnet and opus equivalents.

This should not cause gemini to run for 7.5 hours straight.... It has read maybe 20 files and you can see that it's context is still 99% available.

What is it doing???

Hey there @craggy minnow, we appreciate the feedback! This Discord server is dedicated to the Gemini app only, and based on the screenshot, it looks like you're using Gemini CLI. Since this is outside of the Gemini app, I'd suggest visiting the Google AI for developers website, or the Google AI Forum for developers to report this!

Thanks for the feedback as well @frank prawn !

You guys should make it clear somewhere that this is only for the App. Not the Web interface or CLI. Cause from what I can tell in this discord it's not clear that this is only for th iOS and Android Apps.
