2️⃣ Detailed Steps to Reproduce

Start a new conversation with the any offical Gem (Tested the issue on Brainstormer and Writing Editor).

Engage in at least one back-and-forth interaction.

Completely close and reload the application (or refresh the web interface).

Navigate back to the conversation in the chat history list and open it.

Expected Result: The conversation history should load normally, allowing the chat to continue.

Actual Result: The conversation is locked. An error message appears at the bottom of the screen: "This conversation was created with a Gem that has been deleted. Create a new Gem or start a new chat to continue."
