Initially the problem was that I could not increase the progress of said achievement past 8/10 point even tho I killed it more than 10 times. One day I did and got it to 13/10 and promptly enabled it for that sweet 10% raise skill bonus. The problem is that now the achievement is back to it's 8/10 after I had to re-log after afk, is greyed out and I can not disable it when needed. Did it again, set it to 10/10, disabled/enabled the achievement, logged out, logged back in, checked the achievement - back to 8/10 again while being active.

Similar weirdness is happening to me - and I'm not even logging in or out. I farmed Eikthyr for 7 kills tonight - one kill may have been from fire - but the other 6 were 'clean' - a hit from my bronze Crowbill. I managed to get it to 5/10.. then I had to run find more deer trophies. When I ran back to the Arena about 5 minutes later, the achievement was only showing 3 kills. I killed him again - up to 4. No idea what's going on.

I mean, I've had my killcount.. go up, then reset. I'll grab screenshots the next time I farm Eik for enchanting shards. 🙂

It's not that it does not register at all, it does, but then goes down to what it was. I can try to craft some gloves, as I can't really use anything else tho, but don't think that will really work. We'll see

so in 20 spawns i got 11 kills that counted. 5 spawns were twins only 1 counted (guessing it only counts the one the game considers the actual eikthyr). 5 spawns were killed only using demigod powers which in my case was freyja spear attack. they counted and then fell off when i left the area. 10 kills were with dwarven greatbow.

When I tested it - I went from 3 kills to 10 - 7 in a row. I killed Eikthyr with either piercing damage or Fire damage from a spear enchant. I hit 10 - saw the achievement - logged out, logged in - without leaving the arena area.
I don't have logs from that time unfortunately.

Just recently started killing The Elder, all kills were solo, not in a group
However none of them have counted towards my achievement, 4 kills so far still shows 0/10 after relogs
However, 3 of my kills were with magic from the mage class or my demigod skills, and the last was from using the Elder unique weapon, wrath something, a sledge.
But, using magic from my mage class kills from eikthyr counted, so I dont think it could be that, and the first time I killed The elder I did not have demigod powers, and that didn't count either
The only suffix's I have gotten have been mending, summoner, enraged, and elementalist. No twins

Edit: Killing the elder with an unenchanted bronze axe counted towards the achievement

Crafter myself vanila claws from black metal, killed the dear, got it to 10/10, went to hub, checked after some time - back to 8/10
