hmm this sounds like a vanilla bug. have you gone back to get your stuff?

nope i got softlocked because i destroyed my bed and kept respawning where the bed was i tried resetting my spawn by placing beds but i would keep spawning in that one spot so i made a new character and got a waaaayyyyy better spawn so it’s all good
