could you try to open that settings page where this bug happens, and then close the game and send the Player.log file that's in %userprofile%/AppData/LocalLow/Intercept Games/Kerbal Space Program 2?

i dont know why but settings is in game and on a page like that

that's the Inputbinder mod you have installed, it's possible that it's the reason the usual settings are broken
