im really sorry about this and my dms are always open to talk about whatever youre struggling with <33
coping techniques are common and can really help!! here are some i use/used:
- talking to a therapist/a close family member if you have one
- find a religion or something that helps you live a better lifestyle than before (or something that boosts your energy daily)
- making a list of traits that you find in people that you like/dislike
- talking about arguments instead of avoiding them
